From the South:

Travel North on the Adirondack Northway to Exit 9 W.  Clifton Park.  Get in the right most, left turn lane.  Go under the overpass for the Northway.  Make next right at the Sunoco Station and Dunkin' Donuts onto Plank Rd.  Make right into Plank Road Plaza.  Dr. Kushner is within the offices of Clifton Park Eye Care Associates.

From the North:

Travel South on the Adirondack Northway to Exit 9 W. Clifton Park.  Stay on exit ramp lane and make the first right at the Sunoco Station and Dunkin' Donuts onto Plank Rd.  Make right into Plank Road Plaza.  Dr. Kushner is within the offices of Clifton Park Eye Care Associates.

From the West:

Travel East on Rt 146 into Clifton Park.  Make left at CVS and McDonalds onto Maxwell Rd.  Make first Right onto Park Ave.  Take Park Ave. until it ends at Plank Rd.  Cross over Plank Rd. Into Plank Road Plaza.  Dr. Kushner is within the offices of Clifton Park Eye Care Associates.

From the East
